Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Protechz. The following guidelines constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If you ordered a Custom Glove, please allow 5 to 6 weeks for our glove makers to handcraft your glove.

If you only ordered products that we have in stock, we will be able to ship within 2 business days. Orders received after 2 PM (Central Time) will not be processed until the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and Protechz is not responsible for any delay caused by our carrier.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Protechz ships to addresses within the U.S., and U.S. Territories.

Protechz does not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Protechz ships to P.O. boxes using the USPS only.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Protechz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
