GLOVE WARRANTY POLICY
Coverage
Protechz gloves carry a one year limited warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity of the glove or the ability of the glove to perform its intended purpose. This includes issues such as:
- Stitching defects
- Material defects
- Lacing or webbing defects.
Exclusions
The following items are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Cosmetic damage and imperfections (minor scratches, surface deformations, and discoloration) including natural fading of colors
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents, including prolonged exposure to inclement weather
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperature, moisture, chemicals or over oiling
- Modifications or alterations to the glove not performed by Protechz, including repairs.
PLEASE NOTE: steaming, baking, microwaving, water bucket break-ins or any other exotic break-in method will immediately VOID the one year limited warranty.
Submission
To initiate a warranty claim, please email Protechz at Sales@Protechz.us. For efficient processing of your claim, please include proof of purchase, a brief explanation of the reason for the warranty claim, and clear photographs of the defect.
Claim Processing Time
Once you've submitted the warranty claim, it will take 5-7 business days for us to review your claim. We will reach out via email as soon as our review is complete!
Possible Outcome of Claim
If the defect is covered by the warranty, Protechz will provide one of the following remedies:
- Repair - Protechz will repair the glove at no cost to you
- Replacement - Protechz will replace the glove with an equivalent model or a comparable product of equal value.
